We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it, which is why we offer affordable payment plans.
Cancellation
Please provide our office with a 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide sufficient notice to change of a scheduled appointment may be responsible for a cancellation fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid on or before the next scheduled appointment.
